HISTORY
Since the founding of Josef Käuferle in 1953 to the present day, we have consistently aligned our broad product range with the needs of the construction industry, offering a complete package of services.

Käuferle wins the German Design Award 2018 for its HT tilt door. The door is ideal for private garages: space-saving, functional and designed to individual requirements.

Investment in a new plastering machine. This mills and plasters the weld seams of window frames, making them almost invisible. In addition, this machine allows faster and easier control of processes and reduces pressure on employees.

By undertaking a complete renovation of the façade, Käuferle not only invests in the future of the Aichach site, but also improves the working environment. The introduction of natural daylight creates a brighter and friendlier workplace.

In its 60th year, Käuferle completes the next planned step of the company’s development. Sebastian Käuferle, the grandson of the founder, is appointed Managing Director. Werner and Sebastian Käuferle lead the medium-sized company together. A highly regarded success in the area of product design: a special gate solution from Käuferle is awarded the prestigious “Iconic Award” design prize.

Commissioning of a state-of-the-art robotic production plant for the production of the successful UTS® basement partition wall system. The fully automated system combines the individual components into a special punch riveting process (steel) with an innovative screwing technique (wood) to form a partition and door. By investing in a new production line, Käuferle optimizes its production processes and strengthens its market position as leading manufacturer of steel and wood partition walls.

Sebastian Käuferle, the grandson of the company’s founder, takes over the sales management of the company and becomes a member of the Executive Board.

Development and market launch of the overhead door “Käuferle-NA-perfect”, the ideal door solution for all collective garages as well as for new construction and refurbishment projects. Sebastian Käuferle, the son of the company’s owner Werner Käuferle, joins the business and assumes responsibility for the most important sales area – “Upper Bavaria”.

The company moves to a newly designated industrial area. 3300 m2 of production space and 600 m2 of administrative and social space are created. Manufacturing of products begins.

The rapidly expanding business moves from the town centre to the outskirts of Aichach. A new 350 m2 production hall and office are built. The production of steel doors and gates begins.
